The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 0023 dated 13.02.2026, under Sections 318(4), 3(5) of BNS Act and Section 108 of BNS Act (added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. This Court vide order dated 10.04.2026, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation. 3.
