Assa Singh, R/o Lower Road Gurudwara Bagichi, Patiala, who is trying to take over the property illegitimately by getting it encircled by about 40-50 Nihangs at the moment also holding on as a fortress around the proeprty to take it over. It is admitted that in furtherance of the order dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure P-3), the possession of the property has been handed over to Baba Balbir Singh.
