The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 13.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-822-2021. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit of Mr. Kumar Amit, IAS, Secretary, Mandi Board Punjab, Mandi Bhawan, Mohali has been filed. The copy of the same has been taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 13.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-822-2021 has been duly complied with. 4. In view of the above, the contempt is purged.
