(ORAL) By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to an order dated 17.02.2022 passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hoshiarpur, whereby an application preferred at the instance of petitioner-landlord seeking permission to place on record the original mortgage deed dated 13.02.1970 as additional evidence was declined. 2. I have gone through the paper-book. I find substance in the present petition. 3. In the present case, the petitioner-landlord being under the impression that the original mortgage deed dated 13.02.1970, executed by his father in favour of one Harbans Lal being not available, sought permission to prove the same by summoning the concerned witness from the office of Sub-Registrar Hoshiarpur as PW-2. However, later at the final stage of the proceedings, the orig
