(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.), seeking quashing of criminal complaint No.COMA/20/2015, titled as, “Pooran Singh v. Manjit Singh and others” (Annexure P-2), along with summoning order dated 12.07.2019 (Annexure P3), vide which, petitioners have been summoned under Sections 326, 323, 324, 341, 148, 149 of IPC [118(2), 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023], and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise-deed dated 15.03.2026 (Annexure P-5), effected between the parties. 2. Vide order dated 06.04.2026, the affected parties were directed to appear before the
