(now Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) seeking extension of the period granted by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 07.02.2026, whereby the petitioners were permitted to travel abroad from 10.02.2026 till 15.04.2026 in FIR No.34 dated 26.02.2020, registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC (Section 120- B IPC having subsequently been deleted and Section 467 IPC having been added vide order dated 03.07.2024), at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar Rural. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek extension of the aforesaid period of travel abroad for a further period beyond 15.04.2026 on the grounds stated in the petition.
