At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, accordingly he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh one with better particulars through a duly constituted attorney and after attaching special power of attorney, which is duly embossed by the authorities in India. 3.
