As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner got her daughter married to the nephew of the complainant and cheated the complainant of an amount of Rs.19,32,000/- on the pretext of settling the nephew of the complainant in Canada. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
