(ORAL) The appellants sustained injuries in a motor vehicular accident which occurred on 02.03.2020. A claim pe33on under Sec3on 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 was filed in August 2020 seeking compensa3on from the driver-cum-owner and insurer of the offending vehicle. Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jind, vide award dated 05.09.2024, allowed the claim pe33on and awarded compensa3on to the tune of ₹3,48,000/- along with interest, payable jointly and severally by the respondents. 2. Aggrieved against the quantum of compensa3on, the present appeal has been preferred seeking enhancement thereof.
