Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No. 2 for conducting a free and fair investigation into complaint dated 20.11.2025 pending at Police Station Sadar Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, against the accused persons. A further prayer has been made for entrusting the investigation from respondent No. 3/Investigating Officer to a high-ranking police official, to be monitored by this Court. 2. From perusal of the complaint dated 20.11.2025, it appears that dispute between petitioner and respondent No. 4–Amarjeet Singh primarily pertains to a monetary transaction. 3.
