Present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the plaintiff laying challenge to the order dated 02.01.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sangrur; whereby application filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for recalling of the order dated 11.06.2012, has been dismissed. 2. Brief facts of the case in chronological order are as follows: - 13.10.2011: The petitioner/plaintiff had filed a Civil Suit dated 13.10.2011 (Annexure P-3) against the respondents seeking decree of declaration and permanent injunction. 11.06.2012: Vide order dated 11.06.2012, the said Civil Suit was dismissed as withdrawn on the statement of counsel for the petitioner.
