The instant civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking appropriate directions to the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kharar, for expeditious disposal of the civil suit, as the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 71 years. 2. Briefly stated, the petitioner filed a civil suit for declaration assailing the sale deed dated 18.01.2022 executed on behalf of defendants No.1 and 2 in favour of defendants No. 3 and 4, and for restraining defendant No.4 from alienating the suit property in favour of any third party.
