(Oral) This petition is the second petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.168 dated 11.06.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 351(3), 61(2) and 249 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Corresponding Sections 302, 34, 506, 120-B and 212 of Indian Penal Code, 1860] and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Chandhat, District Palwal. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Vedpal’ hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
