Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove/delete the erroneous entry in the revenue record (Fard/Jamabandi) pertaining to the petitioner’s land, which has been wrongly shown as stayed on the basis of order dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure P-3), despite the interim protection having ceased to operate. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the higher revenue authority, at the first instance, on the same cause of action. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
