Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.267 dated 14.09.2019, under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 34 of IPC (Section 326 IPC added later), registered at Police Station Dabwali Sadar, District Sirsa along with consequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. The FIR in question was lodged by complainant-respondent No.2 and the investigation commenced thereon. However, with the intervention of respectables, finally the parties arrived at settlement and they resolved their inter se dispute, which is apparent from Annexure P-2.
