The instant civil revision petition has been instituted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India invoking the supervisory and corrective jurisdiction of this Court to assail the legality, propriety, and jurisdictional sustainability of the order dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tarn Taran, whereby the application preferred by the respondent–plaintiff seeking permission to cure the deficiency in stamp duty payable on the alleged agreement to sell dated 07.02.2019 has been allowed. 2. The factual matrix, in brief, is that the respondent–plaintiff instituted a suit for possession by way of specific performance of the agreement to sell dated 07.02.2019. The said suit was contested by the present petitioners, and petitioner No.2 also filed a separate writte
