The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 28.03.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-24711-2016. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 07.05.2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 3 and the same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the State has preferred LPA No. 1287-2026 against order dated 28.03.2025 whereby Division bench of this Court has kept the order dated 28.03.2025 in abeyance. 4.
