Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the compliance report dated 18.05.2026 and has referred to Annexure R-II in which in pursuance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and it has been observed that the next 8 weeks parole case will be initiated only during the second half of the year 2026 i.e., from 01.07.2026. A copy of the short reply/ compliance report is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order in case he is aggrieved by the said order. 3.
