In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to exempt the petitioner from undergoing the basic training course in light of the recommendation made by the respondents for appointment of the petitioner on the post of Male Constable (General Duty) vide recommendation letter dated 08.04.2026 (Annexure P-10), when the petitioner has already completed the said course successfully while being appointed on the same post in pursuant to recommendation dated 14.10.2020 (Annexure P-5). 2.
