(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.284 dated 15.09.2024, registered under Sections 22(C) NDPS Act (Sections 27-A, 29 of NDPS Act added lateron), at Police Station Sadar Tohana, District Fatehabad. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-113-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 13.03.2026 and on that date the same was allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after about two months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
