District Rupnagar Annexare P-1. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It has been further contended that nothing has been recovered from the present petitioner. He further contends that the alleged contraband i.e. 10.11 grams white intoxicant powder, falls within the category of intermediate quantity. It has been further averred that the petitioner is in custody for the last 04 months and 14 days, challan stands presented before the Court and now the case is fixed for POONAM NEGI 2026.05.01 15:48 I attest
