Present third petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.10 dated 29.01.2024, under Sections 22/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Morinda, District Rupnagar, Punjab. 2. Succinctly the facts of the case are that the police party while on patrolling on 29.01.2024, received a secret information to the effect that one Gagandeep Singh @ Gaggu @ Gagar and Mandeep Singh @ Mannu (present petitioner), are involved in supplying of intoxicated substances and today also they would bring huge quantity of heroin/intoxicated powder in their Swift car from Kurali and in case Nakabandi is done, they could be arrested along with the contraband.
