The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No.82 dated 01.12.2024 under Sections 109, 118(1), 115(2), 191(3) of BNS, 2023 and 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Kotli Surat Mallian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, Punjab and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-5). 2. This Court vide order dated 04.09.2025 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, parties have appeared before the learned
