The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 09, dated 15.01.2026, under Section 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, District Ludhiana, Punjab. 2. This Court vide order dated 04.05.2026, while granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 04.05.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel, submits that he does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5. In view of the above, the order dated 04.05.2026 are made absolute. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 7. All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any,
