Present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory/pre-arrest bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in FIR No.44 dated 06.03.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 & 120-B of IPC at Police Station Dadri City, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. 2. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the complainant, namely Ashwani Sharma, in search of employment, came into contact with co- accused Devashish Vishwakarma at Vithal Bhai Patel House, New Delhi.
