Considering the fact that the order under challenge is merely for the grant of interim relief, we are not inclined to entertain the present appeal when the larger question of maintainability is yet to be adjudicated by the learned Single Judge. 2. The primary contention of the appellant is that the order of transfer has already been given effect to and therefore, there would be difficulty in implementing the order of the learned Single Judge. If that be so, it is always open for the appellants to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for necessary guidance/clarifications in this regard. 3.
