The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 16.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-27025-2025 whereby writ petition was disposed of on the statement of learned State counsel that disciplinary proceedings would be concluded within a period of three months.. 2. In compliance of the above referred to order, learned State counsel submits that disciplinary proceedings are concluded, vide order dated 19.05.2026. Order dated 19.05.2026 is taken on record, copy whereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.
