Prayer in the petition is for initiation of proceedings under Sections 10, 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the respondent for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in CWP-32329-2025 vide order dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. Learned State counsel representing the sole respondent submits that the order dated 06.11.2025 has been complied with and a speaking order dated 15.05.2026 has been passed by the respondent. He has submitted a copy of order dated 15.05.2026, which is taken on record. Another copy thereof is supplied to the opposite counsel. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place. 3.
