Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner, an octogenarian senior citizen, assails the order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the Appellate Tribunal, whereby, despite dismissal of the statutory appeal preferred by respondents No.3 and 4, the petitioner has been restrained from alienating or disposing of the ancestral land in question and further directed to transfer the said land in favour of respondents No.3 and 4 to the extent of their share therein. 2.
