The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short - ‘the BNSS’) seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.008 dated 02.02.2025 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 333, 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short - ‘the BNS’) 2023 registered at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Allegations qua petitioner are that he along with other co- accused armed with deadly weapons formed an unlawful assembly and after entering into the house of complainant, caused severe injuries to him.
