The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-21835-2017. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 29.07.2025, affidavit of Er. Rashpinder Singh, Executive Engineer, Water Supply and Sanitation, Division No.2, Patiala, dated 12.03.2026, along with Statements, attached as Annexures R-1 and R-II, has been filed. The same is taken on the record. 3. A perusal of affidavit dated 12.03.2026 shows that order dated 29.07.2025 passed in CWP-21835-2017 has been complied with. 4.
