Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure P-7) passed by Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Nakodar District Jalandhar in Civil Suit No.230/2021 whereby application for impleading the petitioners, applicants therein, as party to said suit was dismissed. 2. There is no representation of behalf of the parties, despite calling twice. 3. The present petition has rendered infructuous, as the aforesaid Civil Suit No.230/2021 stands dismissed by the trial Court, vide order dated 10.02.2026. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous as well as for want of prosecution.
