(Oral) The present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 08.04.2026, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh has suspended the sentence of the petitioner subject to furnishing of bail bond to the tune of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount and further subject to deposit of 20% of the compensation amount within a period of 15 days from the date of the passing of the said order i.e. till 23.04.2026. 2.
