(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant appointment to the petitioner on the post of Assistant Professor (Computer Science) in General category against advertisement 45/2024, dated 02.08.2024. Her result had been withheld as certain clarifications regarding the equivalence of her degree of Master of Engineering (Computer Engineering) were awaited. 2. Learned counsel for the Commission submits that after receiving the clarifications, the petitioner has been found eligible for the post and has been recommended for appointment as per Result-II notified on 20.04.2026. 3. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of directing the first and second respondent to offer appoint
