The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.38 dated 06.03.2026 registered under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 324(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023; however Section 109 BNS was deleted vide DDR No.54 dated 22.03.2026, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (corresponding to Sections 324, 323, 426, 506, 148 and 149 IPC respectively) registered at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. This Court vide order dated 06.05.2026, while notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
