(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 is for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take the constructive and positive steps as per law on the representation moved by brother of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 in reference to FIR No.0032 dated 19.03.2022 under Sections 306 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Garshankar, District Hoshiarpur. None appears for the petitioner. The counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is an accused in FIR No.32 dated 19.03.2022. The report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. (Section 193(2) BNSS) was initally presented against two persons namely Makhan Singh (petitioner) and Rajinder Singh. The supplementary challan was presented against Sukhwinder Singh.
