The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) seeking grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.80 dated 25.07.2023 registered under Section 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.
