In view thereof, notice was ordered to be issued to the appellants; however, the same has been received back unserved with the report that the complete address of the appellants was not available. Today also, learned counsel for the appellants has expressed his inability to obtain instructions and has pleaded no instructions to argue the matter further. In the circumstances, it can be safely inferred that the appellants are no longer interested in prosecuting the present appeal.
