The petitioners have filed the present revision petition against the impugned judgment dated 15.05.2007, passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioners was ordered to be dismissed and the impugned judgment of conviction was upheld, however, their sentence was reduced from one year to three months for commission of offence under Section 379 IPC.
