However, as per report submitted by the Warrant Officer, the detenue was arrested in a case pertaining to FIR No.220 dated 28.11.2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2) and 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal. The report further reveals that all the requisite formalities and entries with regard to arrest of the detenue were duly recorded.
