GREWAL, J (Oral): Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respndents No.1 to 4 to conduct free, fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.0035, dated 06.02.2017, under Sections 406, 419, 420 and 427 of IPC, registered at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-1) and to submit a final investigation report in the court under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. as even after expiry of a substantial period no investigation has been carried out in the present case and further the respondent Nos.2 and 3 be directed to decide the representation dated 07.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate action as per law. 2.
