The present revision petition is directed against order dated 08.01.2014 (Annexure P-3), order dated 12.03.2014 (Annexure P-6), order dated 16.07.2015 (Annexure P-8) and order dated 02.09.2015 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana. 2. The primary grievance of the petitioners is that the legal heirs of respondent/defendant - Pritam Kaur, who had expired on 18.01.2013, cannot be allowed to plead contrary to the pleadings raised by original defendant i.e. Pritam Kaur in a written statement dated 07.12.2006 (Annexure P-2) filed by her while she was alive.
