Present second petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.107 dated 03.09.2024, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319, 336(3), 338, 340, 61 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Panchkula, Haryana. 2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the FIR has been lodged on the statement of complainant, Madan Lal Kapoor. It was alleged that on 20.06.2024, he was searching for information about stock marketing on Google Apps on his mobile phone. It was alleged that on 27.06.2024, he was added to a Whatsapp group, wherein a person introduced himself as a teacher of stock market.
