The instant petition has been instituted invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner by claiming his legal right under the notification/policy framed by the Government of Haryana dated 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-2) and grant him regular pay scale alongwith all consequential benefits, including seniority, from the date his juniors were granted the same benefit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner joined service as a part-time Water Carrier in the Employment Exchange, District Kaithal vide appointment letter dated 29.09.2003 (Annexure P-1), pursuant to which he submitted his joining report on 06.10.2003.
