By way of the present appeals, challenge has been made to the judgment dated 29.07.2016 pertaining to Village Garhi Bohar and the judgment dated 25.01.2016 pertaining to Village Kheri Sadh, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Rohtak (hereinafter referred to as ‘Reference Court’) whereby the reference petition filed under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity, ‘the Act’) by the appellants- landowners, seeking enhancement of compensation was partly allowed. 3.
