In the present Letters Patent Appeal, the challenge is to the order dated 15.11.2019 passed by the State Information Commission, Haryana by which, the application filed by the appellant for the grant of certain information was declined by placing reliance upon Section 8 (1) (h) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as ‘RTI Act’) read with the provision of Section 172 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, which order has been upheld by the learned Single Judge while dismissing the writ petition vide order dated 17.12.2019 passed in CWP No.36572 of 2019. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in case the jurisdiction under Section 8 (1) (h) of the RTI Act is to be invoked, then a finding has to be recorded how the said gr
