A copy of the said speaking order has been handed over to this Court during the course of arguments, which is taken on record and marked as Mark “A” and a copy of the same has also been given to learned counsel for the petitioner, who has stated that the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order, in accordance with law. 2.
