The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-1101-2013, whereby following order was passed:- “57. For all the above stated reasons, this Court finds merit in the instant petition, and, is constrained to allow it. Consequently, the instant petition is allowed.
