(Oral): This is first for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.346 dated 24.10.2025 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 3(5) [Sections 109(1) and 111 were added and Section 111 was deleted later on] of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Vijay Yadav’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated by the above named complainant that on 20.10.2025 at about 10.00 P.M. two persons namely ‘Tota’ and ‘Shubham’ had visited the liquor vend and asked for a carton of beer.
