On 21.05.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel submits that the complaint has been registered after 14 years of the execution of the sale deed which was in the year 2012, while the complaint has been submitted on 26.12.2025, based on which the present FIR has been lodged; the petitioner is not the beneficiary; main allegation of forgery is against co- accused Jagdish Kumar Sharma; the land was mutated in favour of his mother and a civil suit is also pending inter se between the parties. He is not involved in any other criminal case and is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion.
